Internships
YouthPride creates positive change in the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth through advocacy, education, outreach, support services, and youth activities. YouthPride is seeking qualified undergraduate and graduate students for its summer and academic semester internship program.

The YouthPride Internship Program gives interns the opportunity to promote YouthPride's mission or enhance YouthPride's organizational capacity. Internships may focus on research related to LGBTQ youth issues or practical applications and solutions to organizational challenges.

Internships are individually designed and supervised. Supervision is provided by the Executive Director, who has a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Emory University in Ethics and Society, other staff, and volunteers as required by the project.

  • Your career goals.
  • What you propose to learn as an intern at YouthPride.
  • What you propose as your scope of work .
  • How your service as an intern will help advance YouthPride's mission or augment its organizational capacities.
